Quiet Pattern Ahead for the Next Week
What a difference a week makes! We’re turning much quieter this next week, with that pattern extending another few days at least. While rain will soak portions of the Southeast U.S. this next week, the Plains and Southwest will remain mostly dry with only a quick passing disturbance that might bring rain and snow to portions of the southern Rockies. Outside of that quick shot, I’m not seeing much of anything of note for our region.
As we move forward into the month, I do think there’s a real chance of a more robust storm pattern for the SW/Plains in the mid-late portions of October.
